Tara Impala
Director | Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner | PsychologistIt has been Tara’s privilege to work for over seven years in Victorian mental health and disability. During this time, she has learnt that providing support and therapy to people reaches far past what is taught in schools and books. Her clients have been her greatest teachers and they have worked together to understand their world, and connect with their sense of self to build meaning and comfort in their lives.
Fil Giuliani
Fil has a lifetime of experience in management and operations. She understands and upholds True Support & Therapy's values of integrity, cultural responsivity, and person-centred work within our social inclusion framework of disability. Fil's operational management of True Support & Therapy ensures the services we provide to participants are in line with current NDIS Practice Standards, and are subject to continuous improvement through our encouragement of feedback and participant consultation of services.
Operations ManagerAmie Alsulami
Behaviour Support PractitionerAmie is a highly motivated and dedicated practitioner, committed to providing participants with compassionate and culturally responsive support. She has a Master of Social Work with a professional background in family violence and crisis case management, and she also speaks Arabic fluently.
Amie takes a systems-based approach with strong assessment skills to understand the whole picture of her client’s lives with clinical expertise in collaboration with participants, families and support teams.
Amie currently has availability to service Melbourne North and West areas.
Chloe Taylor
Behaviour Support Practitioner | Provisional PsychologistChloe is currently completing her postgraduate studies in professional psychology and she holds a strong passion for empowering young minds and supporting people to feel confident, capable, and truly understood. Her backgrounds stems from both lived and professional experiences in early childhood education and supporting individuals with complex behaviours, neurodivergent disorders and individuals with complex mental health presentations. Chloe is driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients and her goal is to create a space where individuals feel safe, supported, and genuinely excited to be themselves while building the skills and confidence to thrive.
Chloe currently has availability to service Melbourne North and Inner Metro areas.
Maggie Coyle
Maggie is an especially passionate practitioner who embodies the social inclusion framework of disability in her support services.
She is a political science student with a professional background in disability support work, and she is also an active member in community social justice events.
Maggie upholds values of integrity, respect, and advocacy in all of her work with participants, and strongly commits to improving their quality of life as guided by their own vision for their own life.
Maggie currently has availability to service Melbourne South East.
